Shipping Policy

An additional shipping fee is required for re-delivery caused by an incorrect delivery address.

Return and Exchange Policy

Effective Date: September 15, 2025 Return Period All jewelry items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return Conditions Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. The original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Refund Processing After receiving the returned items, we will inspect them promptly. Once the inspection is approved, Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The time for the refund to arrive depends on the payment institution. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred by returns, except in cases of product quality issues. Exchange Policy To exchange for a different size or style, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. Any price difference will be adjusted (refunds for overpayments, additional payments for underpayments). Exchanges are only allowed for the same product with different specifications or other styles of the same price range. Handling of Quality Issues If the received jewelry has quality problems, please contact customer service and provide photos within 7 days of receipt. After confirmation, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs and arrange for a return or exchange.
